Adrienne graduated the Masters of Physiotherapy program at McMaster University in 2011 and is a graduate of Wilfred Laurier University where she received a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Kinesiology and Physical Education in 2008. She also has previous clinical experience as a Kinesiologist (2008-2009). Adrienne practices at Good Practice Physiotherapy, a multidisciplinary clinic in Waterloo as well.
Adrienne has an interest in manual therapy, sports injury and injury prevention and pelvic health. She has successfully completed her Intermediate Manual Therapy Examination through the Orthopedic Division of the Canadian Physiotherapy Association. Adrienne has also recently completed pelvic health courses Levels 1-3 through Pelvic Health Solutions and Level 1 McGill - Building the Ultimate Back. Adrienne has attended various shoulder seminars, a chronic pain seminar, a taping course and a post-concussion management course.
Adrienne enjoys treating a variety of conditions including musculoskeletal injuries, sports rehabilitation and surgical pre-habilitation, pelvic pain and bladder and bowel dysfunction including incontinence. She is a strong proponent of evidence-based care and believes in exercise as medicine.
