She has directed part of her discipline towards helping women who are going through breast cancer treatment or augmentation. Through myofascial release techniques, MLD, frictioning techniques, and client self-educating, Shari can decrease the appearance and restrictions of the scars, increase range of motion of the effected shoulder and help decrease pain. Her practice also focuses on athletes of all ages, repetitive injuries, muscles/scars surrounding joint replacements and regular maintenance massages.
